Why We Exist
One must be wondering what is the need of another NGO in India when there are already so many.
The answer to this questions is quite straightforward. Most of the education based NGOs only work in the metro cities and their suburbs. Motivate India-Rural solely focuses on the rural talents because
- 70% of Indian young students belong to rural villages and small towns . Families of these students are low wage workers /farmers.
- Private school charges exuberant fee, so it is impossible to afford the education. Moreover, more than 70% of rural students are unaware of the government education felicitation schemes
- more than 80 percent of students do not have a reliable source of information for the courses/career they wanted to pursue. No proper information channel exists at present.
- private coaching classes are costly and most of them are just cash maker machines. They do not care about the rural students family background and future
MISSION
To promote state of the art education, social innovations and self independence amongst the youth of the less privileged classes in India.There is nothing like intelligent or dull people. Every person is different in his own way like different colours, different tastes, etc. Diversity makes this world beautiful.We wanted to make such a society where everyone grows and help each other to grow together.
Vision
Giving a complete freedom to what one wants to become. Every person has a different taste, preference of colour and emotional behaviour in this world, making this diversity beautiful. So every student has a freedom to choose the subject of study for themselves. Everyone cannot become engineer or doctor. There are many other fields in the education system which will help the student to grow their personality and help them earn a respectable living in future. One should study what they are interested in, not what they are forced to study. That is the only way we can help you in your path of education.
Fostering rural Ideas
70% of Indians live in the rural area but still, most of the rural areas are underdeveloped even after 70 years of independence. There are a lot of rural talents exist in India but due to lack of infrastructure, education there are unable to capitalize on their ideas.
We as a non-profit organization work to bring the ideas from rural talents and convert them into reality.
Science with humanities
The future of education demands human resource who is not good in stem but also into core humanities as history, philosophy, moral values, literature and arts. The idea is not to give preference some subjects over others, but we need to integrate them as never before to keep human society evolving in the fourth revolution. For technology to deliver on its promise of human betterment, it needs a cultural and moral compass.

Our Work
India is a great country, but unfortunately the inequality in society still exists. 5% of our children go to schools that are perhaps better than the best in the world, but 95 percent are left to schools that are worse than schools in sub-Saharan Africa
You may feel that your children are safely placed in the best schools in India or abroad and you don't need to worry. But if you don’t care about the rest of the population, then you are missing the bigger picture. Your children may return and start industries and businesses, but if they have illiterate workers properly or hold a drawing, they’re not going to make the best products of the world or profits.
Leave aside profits and products; this would be a recipe for social unrest. When children who are deprived of a dignified livelihood are compelled to take up ugly means, they often attack the rich, kidnap their children. So you can sleep in the peace.
So I want to urge you to share your assets by means of economic, logistic or moral support to the children. Your 30th shirt in the year may not give you the same satisfaction it will give to a child without shirt. ..that's law of diminishing returns. Additionally, I want to appeal to all the influential people, achievers, industrial and political leaders of the country to bring government’s attention to look what the priorities are, and spend more on education of the rural children.

Unlike other organizations we work on the rural areas of the country. Our team goes to schools located in remote villages.

To work in rural area, it is very important to have open communication. Students from the villages are shy to share their problems. So our team makes sure to have open conversations while focusing on the following points

2. Science and Technology Awareness Seminar
From time to time, we organize science awareness programs, where we talk about the latest developments in science. To deliver the information properly, we use interactive audio/visual presentations and sometimes real demonstrations follow.
In the end of the seminar, we put a query session where students can ask their queries and also share their ideas.
3. Online help
We can be reached via mail, e-mail and social media. Any student can tell their personal, mental or carrier related problem 24*7. We try to solve their problems as soon as possible.
